It was a beautiful Fall day today and off we went to the Arboretum for a little photo shoot. The leaves lent a wonderful backdrop.
Ruby was ready to go almost immediately. She jumped up and posed right away. We all got a big kick out of it.

I love this one
Michael had the opportunity this year to participate in the Washoe County honor Chorus. It is a Chorus for surrounding schools and all students must try out. They all worked with professional teachers and for the last few days of "fine tuning" they had music professionals fly in all over the country. The students were separated into three groups, 6th graders, middle school (7th and 8th) and High School. This performance was done at the "Pioneer Center" and oh my goodness was it wonderful! These students were absolutely amazing!
