A Little Longer...

Ooops! This one is a little longer than the others. I forgot to post on here last week for my Project 366. So I'm adding a few more than I normally would have. A lot has happened in the past week and a half, including a new addition to our family!

Cai Lynn and I visited the kitty we wanted to adopt. My mom had found her a few days earlier, so I went to go meet her after work one day and filled out all of the adoption paperwork. Later that night after a meeting, Cai Lynn and I went to go see her again. YEARS ago I had another little cat that looked JUST like her and even acted like her.


Our baby hedgehogs are one week old here! Aren't they adorable!?


We got her! She's ours!It's definitely going to take a bit to adjust to her new home.... currently she HATES the dogs and Duchess and Duchess hates her. :-/ But the humans in the house love her to pieces. There will never be another Annie, but this little "Annie" sure comes close!


What's a stop at the store without a quick read in the book section?



Annie is making herself comfortable. (Incidentally this is Ruby's spot!) She is now used to the dogs and even plays with Duncan's tail. Duchess is going to take awhile to get used to being chased around the house by Annie... THAT may take a bit longer. :-/


I just LOVE being able to run and do a session after work at the temple. I LOVE living less than 5 minutes away!


Cai Lynn had a "Thinking Day" at Girl Scouts. This year's theme was "Nature".


I love my walks in the evening after work. They will be even better once it's light longer in the evenings.
