What a weekend!

Wild Waters

A couple of weeks ago we were able to go to Wild Waters to spend the day. We had a wonderful time and this time the boys were old enough to go down the water slides all by themselves. It turned out to be quite a relaxing day!

Micahel and Jared's Birthday

Michael and Jared both had a birthday party here at the apartments in our "Clubhouse". It was supposed to be a "pool party" but we were expecting a huge thunder storm that day so they closed the pool. Turns out it was for the best. They had SO much fun! Michael is now 10 and Jared is now 7. For Michael's Birthday we had a BBQ at the park, for Jared's he decided to go to Circus Circus

Welcome baby Emily!

Last weekend we traveled on down to Redding (about 4 hours from us) to see the newest edition... baby Emily Rose. She is just adorable and Sarah will be a great big sister! The kids fought over her all weekend!

Earthquakes Earthquakes everywhere...

As some of you may have heard by now we have had seemingly continuous earthquakes the past few days. We have been having them since February, but in the past 24 hours we have had almost 100. 76 of them yesterday alone. Some of them only a one, but we have had a couple of fours and many threes. In fact we have had three 3's since I have started this post. It is quite unnerving, we have been awakened night after night being shaken awake. Apparently the "big one" is coming and for a town that does not remember the last time it felt an earthquake the past few days have been VERY scary. You'd think a girl growing up in the Bay Area would be used to earthquakes, but I cannot remember a time that we had them back to back every 2-3 minutes for a week straight. Please keep us in your prayers. My mom is feeling them more than I am since she is about four miles from me, and two miles from where they are being graphed.

Check it out when you get a chance...

A morning at the park

We are long overdue for some new family pictures, so last weekend even though it was quite windy I took the kids to a very local park and snapped away. Thank goodness the kids were cooperative even though the weather was not. I set up the tripod for the four of us. (Michael was kind enough to try to get one of me.)

I am not too sure how to get these postings to cooperate, as I am not all that blogging literate.
