Our New Home

3 weeks ago we moved into our new home. My parents bought the house across the street and we are now renting their "old home". I love that we know this house inside and out due to the fact that for the past five years we make at the very least weekly trips for dinner here.

We did have to move wards, (although in the same church building,) but other than that the kids are all in the same schools and we already knew several of the surrounding neighbors. Another big plus is to have "Noni" (My mom) across the street. A couple of nights ago while I was at book club, after girl scouts, boy scouts and young men's, the kids ran across the street to color eggs and then ran home to get ready for bed.:-)

So I have been asked by several people to take pictures, etc, so tonight after the kids went to bed, I ran around taking pictures. So... here you go.

I haven't done anything with the front yard or back yard yet. So all of those pictures are buried somewhere in this blog with all of the soccer, etc we like to play in the front yard after dinner when here in the past.

Baby Hedgehogs

Once again we are proud to announce we have our annual baby hedgehogs. They are now four weeks old. (Ok they will be on Thursday.) They are so cute! They are still pretty wobbly and have not yet taken to much solid food or bugs yet, but they are testing the waters. This time we have three girls and only one boy. More pictures will come in the following weeks. i took these last ones just tonight. Enjoy!

Pinewood Derby

We had another great time at the pinewood derby this year. Jared worked very hard painting, gluing, doing the antennas, and designing.

Fun with hair

As long as I can remember, I have loved playing with hair. I am so lucky to have a little girl that loves to play with my hair and loves to have her hair played with. Here are a few hairstyles from the past couple of weeks.
