Michael's Zone Concert

Every year Michael's Honor Choir does a "Zone Concert" with the local High School, Junior High and a couple of other very local elementary schools. The concert is done by invitation and it is a really nice evening.

Jake and Jessica

Jake and Jessica finally made the move to Reno! We are so excited to have them here. It's only been a couple of weeks and Jake is currently looking for work, but they are now close to family and we get to see their little girls so much more! It is so wonderful to have everybody at the dinner table on Sunday nights at my mom's house, without it being a holiday. The girls are getting so big, and Cai Lynn and Sarah are such great playmates!

Michael gets to come to the beginning of the evening, but he gets to go to scouts mid-way through. :)

Blue and Gold Dinner

Michael had his Blue and Gold dinner a couple of weeks ago. He led the flag ceremony and got a couple of more awards. He is well on his way to getting his "arrow of light". Way to go Michael!

Boomtown

A good friend of ours unfortuantely moved to New Hampshire a few months ago.
She came back for a visit and we had a WONDERFUL time at Boomtown. I wish I was exaggerating when I tell you that the kids rode the "bucking bronco" thing over 50 times. All we heard was "woah woah woah" over and over again. What a great time!
