Happy Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year with an almost full table. While one family member was definitely missing, my mom prepares a wonderful meal.

... and a wonderful table.

Zach (step-brother), Sarah (niece), Jared and Michael

Amelia (Andy's wife), Andy (step-brother), Jessica (sister), Emily (niece), Mom

Tatiania (Arin's daughter, my niece)

Arin... (step-sister)

You had to be there.

"What?"

Probably the most barbaric candles I've ever seen. I will not be burning them!

Happy Birthday Mom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today was my mom's birthday. Matt and I brainstormed and figured with everyone's busy schedule, a limo ride and dinner would be a nice afternoon/evening.

While waiting upstairs for my mom to arrive, we decided to take some pictures.

Then we went out to the limo to wait. She had NO idea that everyone would be there and NO idea that there would be a limo.

After a horrible day at work, and on the verge of tears, we brought her outside to "go get the kids" and she was met by the 14 passenger limo. We were so excited she had no idea. None at ALL. (hence her tardiness) We quickly changed plans, stayed local and went on a drive all around Reno for 1 1/2 hours. We talked, opened presents, drank sparkling cider, and took over 100 pictures. :)

Dinner was yummy nonetheless!

And it was topped off by embarrassing the heck out of her!

Happy Birthday Mom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New Moon...

A quicky Girl's Night out... We got to go see "New Moon". I have to say that I liked it better than the book. This was my LEAST favorite of the books but I LOVED the movie! LOL

On the phone with Jen on my way... (I'm at a stop-light calm down...)

Happy Birthday Hillary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And yes, I am sporting my "Team Edward" shirt!

The Tree Lighting

Once again we went to the tree lighting down at "The Summit". It was just as wonderful the third time around. It was a yucky day weather-wise yesterday, a beautiful day today (t-shirt weather) and when the sun goes down, it's time to bundle up!

Waiting for the festivities to begin. :)

My cute mom trying to hide her face from the camera...

Her choir group performing.

The 3-D glasses to make the fireworks more interesting.

Santa and Mrs. Claus arriving in their limo in style... :) :)

Santa and his bodyguards. LOL

I was too close, they kept moving.

Santa lighting the tree.

These pictures were not zoomed in on. We were so close it made it difficult to take pictures. The show was AMAZING though!

Merry Christmas!!!!!
