Pumpkin Carving

What is Halloween without some pumpkin carving? All three of them carved their own pumpkins. 100% by themselves.

October Overture

Every Year the local Middle School has a concert. They invite my kids' school as well as the local high school's Core Jazz Choir. They are phenomenal! This was Jared's first large concert. Michael is a seasoned veteran. :) It was REALLY weird to not have the need to save a seat for Jared!

This was the only picture I got of Michael since he was in the middle and blocked by the conductor.

If you look closely you can see Michael's head peeking out.

She didn't make it through the entire thing.

Dr. Noize!

Tonight we went to the VERY entertaining Dr. Noize. He was great and we had so much fun. He totally involved all of the kids and they were all willing participants. (Even some of the adults went up. LOL

Here's his website...

Touch a Truck

One of our local neighborhoods has hosted an event for three years now called "Touch-A-Truck". Along with local large trucks for the kids to play with (Fire trucks, police cars, our local power company, bull-dozers, etc.) they have a haunted house, hay ride, pumpkin patch, farmer's market, various bounce houses.... It's a lot of fun!

The Haunted House

They went through the haunted house at least 30 times! If you carried a glow stick they wouldn't grab you! LOL It was put on by one of the local Boy Scout groups.

The School Harvest Carnival

The kids' school had their annual harvest carnival on Friday. We had SO much fun! Boy was it a busy week! I was the head of the Harvest Carnival Committee and THANK GOODNESS I had the volunteers I did. I NEVER would have been able to do it on my own. It was very organized and everyone was in place. We had a WONDERFUL time! I cannot thank everyone enough!
